Our distillery sits at the edge of Chico, CA near Chico Regional Airport. The 6,000 sq ft building houses three stills: a 730-gallon striping still called Maude, a 300-gallon hybrid pot still named Harold and a 150- gallon vodka still named Layla. We have over 5,000 gallons of fermentation capacity.
